Hi Ida, It's very good to hear from you! I've been checking for your post and wondering how you are doing. It sounds like you are making some progress and that's great! I think the slower the taper, the better. I've had another setback and more blood tests, but they all came back normal, and I'm not surprised since I was on 15 mg of Prednisone then, and Prednisone masks things. My doctor was out on medical leave, so another rheumy took over temporarily, while I was having more fatigue and pain, so that is why he had me come for an office visit and blood tests. That was just a few days ago. He said the best way to know what else may be causing me problems, is to taper off the Prednisone, and then test again. That could take quite a while though. I'm tapered to 12.5 mg right now, and next week, I'm to drop to 10 mg. I'm usually pretty tired in the mornings, but I do okay the rest of the day. How about you, Ida? Has your fatigue gotten better? Take good care! Please post soon! Shar
