Hi Shar-It is good to hear from you. I am glad you made it down to 16mg of prednisone. Hope that your taper progresses well. I'm still on 9/8mg. Did have some aches and pains increase after about a week-and-a-half; especially in the morning and evening. But this taper is not as bad as the last and the help of an occasional mild pain killer my doc prescribed does help. I do not take it all the time. I guess after all this time we learn how to manage. Things get taken care of, although much slower than before. I hope to hear that you are feeling better and will continue to do so. Take care and best wishes, Ida
