did you.... vacuum the car... bag all stuffed animals for 2 week...pillows...2 weeks...spray and vacuum all furniture...treat any animals in the house with "tick" medicine. i found a wonderful product in a nature store called not nice to lice.. and they sell a comb the can be reomave after each use & boiled... remember.. all combs &brushes in house should be boiled too...then i just kept vacumming every rug and furniture every day..... never had them reoccur.. good luck..... it is so frustrating...one more thought... make sure there is no "dress up" play in school and home....and no hats.
