I had a friend who had the same problem. Are you doing your head and your husbands too along with the girls. Even if you don't see anything in your heads still do them as a precaution. Also wash all of their bedding and there is a spray for your furniture they may be living in your couch or any stuffed animals that the girls may have. I hope this helps.
