Hi! I had a similar lice problem. The way that I finally got rid of it was washing all towels and bedding in HOT water and either buy new pillows or have them washed / dryclean. Make sure that all hair accessories and brushes are disinfected. Even ponyholders and barrettes. I'm talking about scalding water and some lice product added to the sink of water. Lice is a hard think to conquer. It is such a pain in the ass. I hope some of these ideas help you in some way. Nix is the best OTC lice treatment but I wonder if there is some prescription concoction that a Dr. could give you? Good luck, Sonia
