Have had same problem, Chemist suggests That shampoo be applied to dry hair and left much longer than the reccommended time 1/2 -1hr also rinsing hair in vinegar helps loosen glue that eggs stick on to hair with. Lots of combing every day, with my child i rinsed hair every couple days with vinegar then did the comb. hopes this helps
