Hi you must be frustrated, I am a school nurse and had a student who kept getting them, what I found out was that her mother was not doint what she was suppose to do, all she did was wash her hair, everyone 1st of all must be treated, bedding, sheets, pillowcases, stuffed animials must all must put in the dryer to kill the nits, (bedding washed 1st..the stuffed animals can be put into a sealed plastic bag for 30 days should kill the nits, also you must comb out the nits, there is nothing I no of that kills the eggs, they must be removed manually..or cut out piece by piece, so use that fine comb in the kit..also someone told me about vinegar and water will kill the nits, probably 1:1.
