usually the reason the lice return is all items, pillows, brushes, combs, sheets, hats all must be cleaned.Lice will usually lay eggs in the pillows. Try washing all items in hot water with 1/2c. beach in each load. Some items will need to replaced, pillows, hats combs, brushes, head scarfs etc. Items on the couch and those pillows will need to be steamed cleaned. Are you reapplying the treatment in two weeks to kill the eggs? If your need further assistance,I am a RN . Good luck.
