I had a herniated disc at c-4-5 that was pressing against my spinal cord.therapy was very little help.I was in extreme pain.Blurred vision,Pain radiating down my arms,and numbness,tingling in my hands.Eventually I had surgery It was anterior cervical discectomy with interbody fusion.Most of my symptoms were improved after surgery but some pain persists,sometimes extreme.It has been 2 years sinse my surgery.
