First of all, your pain is coming from the disc bulging at c4-c5, depending on how long it has been bulging it could also be herniated. Eleven years ago I had a severe cervical sprain[wiplash] For the next five years I had phenominal pain, no doctor would give me an MRI they said the pain was because I couldnt manage my stress. Well during a physical therpy session five years after the injury to my neck, the physical therpist manually ruptured the bulging disc c4-c5 right thru my spinal cord, doing alot of damage on the way, before it stopped in the middle of my spinal cord. Trust what your body is telling you,and keep adimently advocating for your self. Take care.
