I too suffer from manic depression, now for 7 years, and it was not until this past year that I finally found the psychiatrist that got the right combination of medications, along with psycotherapy. I can now say that after a bitter divorce caused by this condition from a man that I adored and that gave me everything I wanted I felt naked even in those circumstances. Everything was black. Until I found the light at the end of the tunel, and that light at the end of the tunel its you. Those are some lirics from the Rock group Aerosmith. Maybe you are not familiar with them but that its the truth. With the support of my daughter, her husband and my new grandson, a renew spiritual rebirth, and that light at the end of the tunel there is hope. There are going to be sad days, but those are going to be the least, when you see around the marvel of the creation. I hope I could help you some with my insight.
