I too have gone through the process for eight years of trying to find a diagnosis for my pain. My doctor not wanting to call it Fibromyalgia, but to find a condition that can be dealt with. In the last year my feet have, also, had the constant pain and burning, often times keeping me awake all night. Recently the pain has moved into my lower back and thighs, with no releife. I had x-rays and found out that I have arthritis of the bone's. I'm thinking that this may have something to do with why my feet hurt so much. I have a follow up appt. with my doctor at the end of the month.
