You might be surprised at how effective yoga, meditation and excercise are at calming you and giving you a sense of inner strength and well-being. Perhaps the panic is a signal to you that it's time to make some important changes in your life such as career, relationships etc. Be more aware of what you're eating and drinking as well. Sugar, caffeine, alcohol, processed foods could be making it worse. Meditation could lead you to the answer. Good luck!
