Michelle, find out what is causing the attacks. Is it stress? Fear? Fear of what? or whom? a combination of different things? Really pinpoint what it is. Spend some time alone for a moment and search out what it is that causes it. Discuss it with a friend or someone you trust. Kick it around until you come up wth an answer. Then, deal with it head on. Sometimes, it could be a desire not being fulfilled, or a need not being met. or it could be something physically that is going on. If it is physical seek medical attention. If not, seek your church for prayer. It works!
