I had some panic attacks at about the age of 23. I think eating well helped me. You should especially eat complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits/vegetables, and enough protein. Try to avoid sugar, especially soda. And get plenty of exercise (yoga helped me too). Emotionally, I think my attacks were related to becoming more aware of all of the things that can go wrong in the world that are beyond my control. You must come to grips with the fact that you don't have control over everything. Take comfort that you do have control over most of your life and even an imperfect world can be beautiful.
