walk 30 minutes a day. Eliminate all caffine including choclate. Increase salt intake Increase water intake to 8 to 10 8oz. glasses a day. YOU WON'T DIE FROM A PANIC ATTACK!!!!! Hold your breath for 20 seconds several times and breathe out slowly through pursed lips If you feel a panic attack coming on do several times. Don't sleep on your left side.
