I have irritable bowel syndrome as well for a few years and was just diagnosed with it about 9 months ago. I take donnatall for the pain and spasms and it really works.Limit caffeine and any kind of carbonated drinks. Drink plenty of water and don't eat too many gassy vegetables and stay away from foods high in fat. you may have an intolerance for one or all of the following: protein, carbohydrates, and or dairy products.
