Hi Liz, I suffered from ibs, for about 3 years horrible pain! I feel for you. I got relief when I found I had food allergies and removed them from my diet. My ibs was brought on by anti-inflamitories and anti-biotics and long term use of both. Not only did I remove the affending food, but also the drugs. I started taking Kombucha and liquid colloidal minerals I've since had 2 babies and feel great not bad for an old duck, of 42. After my stomach and intestines healed I can now eat every thing I did before (within reason) Good luck, tracking down the cause of your's. Heddy
