I'm 53 years old, and was diagnosed with Hashimotos disease about 20 years ago. I take 200mcg of oroxine a day in tablet form. I am completely without symptoms and have been ever since I was diagnosed, and wouldn't know that I have the disease. I had the same symptoms as you did, but I can't understand why you say your dose is fluctuating - why can't you just take tablets yourself as I do? Are they checking your blood levels all the time? I think that you should go to an endocrinologist now - if you have been having such a bad time, you may even still be slow in the brain, which will make getting your masters even more difficult! Or surely you can make a big noise at the health centre, and get better attention!
