I was foolish I left my acid reflux untreated for way to long I ended up having surgery to open my esophagas and then to repair it where the acid had burned off the flap at the bottom of the esophagas..... however to little to late.... The long period of time I lived on Tums Pepsid etc.... had taken a tole that No one knew it could it gave me Idiopathic Pulmonary fibrosis.... Lung disease now my life is not filled with fun and things to look forward to but prayers that somehow they find a way for me to keep living and see my Grandchildren grow up I am only 50 and not ready to die.... So go to the Dr get your Acid Reflux fixed now don't let it go as far as mine has.... I am still praying for a cure.... The steroids that they have used to slow it down have put 100lbs on me. Now they have added imuran... what next.
