have you filed for ssi, you will be turned down 2 or 3 times then soon after they will accept you then go to a hearing, it does take time cuz and they will tell you that ssi is not easy to go on it cuz im 33 and look at age and they r so pickey , and they will tell you have the use of yours hands etc which is crazy, im on ssi for different reasons for back injury ,depression, fm etc but i got what i want, i got all my medical records and i hired a lawyer in which you are better off, what ever you recieve lawyers will recieve 20% or so, took me yrs but i got all retro py since i firsted applied and they too also sent me to there drs and i won my case, look into a diasbilty lawyer they will look over your case and make sure your dr, states that you r permanent or partial disabiled , i have a wonderful dr that backed me up and that too helped me out alot, look into it and let me know what gives, ok take care and good luck
