I have MS and got SSDI on it. It took me about a year of going through their channels. Just get your doctors to write out all your problems. Fatigue is my worst problem and I had to quit because of it (and cognitive problems) Thing is you have to have quit work before you file. I tried filing before I quit so maybe I wouldn't be so long without money, but they just denied it. Then was denied twice and had to get a lawyer on the third try. I feel for you, I know Lupus is very painful. Best wishes and good luck!
