My mom is having the same problem with trying to get social security disability. She was told that she had to prove that she was not working for 3 months before she could qualify. This is extremely difficult to do if you live from day to day as she does. If you find out more information on the subject, would you please email me. My mom has been trying for years to get disability becauses her health is getting very complicated (heart condition, ect.) Thanks.
