Acupuncture works great. The needles release the little intrinsic muscles that cannot be palpated otherwise and this creates space between the vertebre allowing the disc to go back where it is supposed to be. Pilates is another thing that I believe would help. Private lessons are more effective that group ones. Exhaust all avenues before surgery for this!!
