that is hard to say..for one thing..no chiroprater..cuz ur disc is out and i had L4/5 SI removed..and i had therapy after my accident at work and it didnt work..pain killers only mask the pain..strecthing and hot and cold compresses 15 minutes at a time will allevate some pain, place a pillow or something thick between the knees can help.but i can tell you this a mylagram is iffy, its a dye that they inject to the site beofre surgery and i had a severe reaction to the dye that i had to be hosptialized for 1 week, it was the worse feelin i have ever gone thru..this was in 96 and now i just had another 4 months ago but fused this time and my area is gone but around it bothers me..no matter what type of surgery ..ur never the same and dont let noone tell u different cuz u r the one that knows ur body and what ur capabilites are...try not to do so much..ur disc will never go back..once its out its out and if its leaking fluid ..something has to get fixed.email me if u like and i can share things
