Mona, Thank you sooo much for that wonderful exercise!!!! I've been looking for a good one for the hamstrings and you gave some wonderful advice. Being gentle with yourself is a very good tip. That will keep me from wanting to loosen them in a week. That's what I generally try to do, and now I see that gentleness is the key. I've been well aware that the hamstrings have great control over the lumbar, and now I have a wonderful way to loosen them......thank you so much.
