I too had this about 12 yrs ago. Last winter I thought it had come back. I went to two different infectious disease doctors to make sure of the information. They both told me that once you get mono/epstein barr, it's like chicken pox, you can't get it again!! They said it was probably some virus, but no sense testing because I would just need to do the same for a virus too. To rest and eat right. Well, about 7 mths later I started feeling like my self again!!! Hope this helped!
