The exercise therapy program sounds wonderful to me. I will ask my doctor to recommend a therapist. In the meantime, I'd love to know what stretching exercises you do. I am now on 7 mgs. of prednisone from 20 mgs. in 7 months. In the morning my arms and knees let me know I still have the disease, but I do pretty well during the day; however, I suffer with fatigue and lack of exercise, which I think I should try to do more of. Is there something 'natural' I can take that may ease the aches and pains in the morning? Thanks.
