Carole, Yoga too, can be very helpful. Many YMCA's offer this at a reduced rate, and some community centers do too. The stretching helps me to relieve my tight muscles and the mental relaxation is an added bonus. I've also heard that Tai-Chi is good too, but I have yet to try that.
