Ask your doctor about trying Diflucan, one tablet every two weeks for 6 months. I had a chronic yeast infection from long term steroids. Creams, gels, Diflucan on a one time basis did not work. Since the 6 month treatment, I have had no further episodes, even when having to go back on steroids during flare-ups of asthma and bronchitis!
