I am now in my 60's and have this problem for many yrs. I have the drugstore make up the boric acid made up.I use 1 ,2x a week. also Take 4 Sporanox, 100 mg,Caps, 2x a week.Good Luck. And my Doc. is still searching for more effective ways to combat this problem. So far this has worked the best for me.
