I've had the same thing for over 10 years - my bladder is falling also. The protrusion and urine leakage were the the signs. My doc said by the time it is protruding surgery is about the only answer although I still have not had it because I wanted to wait to be post-menopausal so they could take the ovaries too and because it doesn't bother me much. If you are seeing blood though it might be a good idea for you to see what your doc recommends. Good luck
