I have the same thing. I had two surgeries yrs ago but my problem is back again. Yes, their is an exercise supposed to help. This is from a P.T. person. Take a deep breath, tighten stomach muscles, as u exhale "pulling in" uterus, several times a day. Please let me know if this helps u.
