This is my 2nd reply to this same topic. I don't feel like I really let you know what was happening with me. Basically I had a protrusion from my vagina that was about an inch or more out. That was my bladder! My uterus was on top of my bladder prolapsing as well! When your bladder prolapses - it is called a cystocele. This can also cause a rectocele. Although, there are kegal excersizes-they have to be done within a certain amount of time in order for them to work. The more I think about it - it might be to late to do that for you. i would go see a GYN doc. There is a device called a "pessary" that didn't work for me but, does work for some people. It is a device that is fitted in your vagina to "hold up" the protruding organs. I had a radical hysterectomy with bladder suspension surgery. I am only 28 years old.
