I have been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. This came on sudden and hurts like heck! Almost a stinging, burning sensation in my heels. In the morning I can barely walk. There is a new shock wave treatment called Ossatron that is suppose to speed recovery. When podiatrists "zapped" ailing feet, patients have reported feeling better the next day. The therapy is suppose to ease inflammation. Has anyone heard of this and what are you doing on a daily basis, ie. stretching, icing, heat, etc... to help relieve the pain? I am a busy female executive and yes, I wear heels, albeit not tall.
