Hi I have had Rosacea for 7 years. It will never go away completely. The little blood vessels will not go away that is part of rosacea. I have them on top of my nose. It hasn't gotton any worse in years since I started using the same cream. I stay out of the sun and keep my face covered in extreme cold. While using the cream you should stay away from perfumed soap and cream on your face. Make sure you use the cream as prescribed exactly. It won't take 26 weeks perhaps 2 to 6 weeks depending on how long you have had it. Let me know how you are. Lynda K.
