My daughter Has been Diagnosed with sjogrens TypeII ..Has lupus also and is 21 yrs of age..She suffers constantly for the past 14 yrs... I have been to every doctor imaginable.. It would get any one with a heart out there sick to know what she has been through .. Infectious disease doctors, cardiologists, rhuematologists, allergists, gynocologists, opthamologists..these are only to name a few....none have been able to properly diagnose her .. One day I refused to leave a dr's office till he tested her for the millionth time for every imaginable disease there was... a week later.. the test results all came back .. it was sjogrens syndrome... I am sick of doctors clasiming that they are not God and that their job is just to make an educated guess... Well... Maybe what they need is to be a Mother first.. A mother knows when there is something wrong with their child ..Instead of Doctors telling me that she needed a psychiatrist.. and yes they did say that.. I have it in writing.. They should practice being a parent and treating their patients as their children instead of just another office visit co-pay...
