Yes, the increase in salivation could be a side effect of Paxil. I have Sjogren's also, and am taking Klonopin four times a day, and it greatly increases my saliva as a side effect. It works even better than the Evoxac I'm taking, which is a relatively new medication for the sole purpose of increasing salivation.
