I've had food allergies for 10 years now..the doc says that when you get food allergies as an adult they will not go away. I'm allergic to dairy products, seafood, peanut butter and corn. I get swollen lips, forehead, swollen jaws, hives, etc...and they say that if you get facial swellings, eventually it could close your throat and you could die...so I will always stay away from these foods. It's such a pain to always read ingredients and ask people what they put into their food that they make, but it's part of my life now...you have to do what you have to do!
