The best advice is to go to an Allergist and get tested. It sounds as if you have a serious allergy with strong reactions which could get worse with every exposure, some could be fatal such as your throat closing where you can't breathe. You can go to an allergist for a SKIN and RAST test adn hopefully it will show what you are allergic to and then you can avoid those foods. Sometimes it won't show up and you just have to try by trial and error and then avoid those foods. But remember the more your body gets exposed, the stronger your body's reaction becomes and the stronger and more serious your allergy becomes to that food. Good luck and see a doctor.
