I developed alergies to foods I thought. I was down to eating eggs poached and toast no butter or jelly. Could not drink city water or well water or milk. I lost a lot of weight. By experimenting I found that it was preservitives in all processed food and caused me to have a reaction of bradi cardia where my heart rate slows down so much that I almost black out. I eat fresh foods now----and wash them well, drink skim milk and bottled water--spring water. I still have reaction if I drink water that has been filtered but had things put back into it for taste.
