I am a 41 year old with raynauds. My fingers develop ulcers on them..My doctor put me on procardio to stimulate the blood flow, and Nitroglycerin ointment as well. I haven't experienced it in my feet as yet, Have you been to a doctor to have series of blood work? Raynauds can be associated with lupus or scleroderma, but only blood tests will show that. They just found out on me that it is raynauds and scleroderma, so now doing alot of research on both.Your best bet is to see a rheumatologist on this because my medical doctor only confirmed on me that is was the raynauds from his blood work, until my rheumatologist did more intense tests .If you would like to talk more my email address is attached.
