I also have Raynauds and I have had it for about 20 years now. This disease effects the hands and feet by restricting the blood flow. It has been hinted that Raynauds is cause by hormone and stress. I have found since releasing some of the stress in my life, my attacks of coldness is not has bad. I am sure while sitting as I do at work it can effects the blood from your hips to your feet. I often times use a space heater to keep my feet warm. I have found a lot of information o Raynauds through the internet and my doctor. You should see a doctor because my Raynauds was the onset of another disease (a rare disease) Scleroderma. However during the winter I wear boots with a lining inside to help keep my feet warm. At the onset of the disease, I could not hold a cold can soda in my hands with out having to wrap with with something so I could drink out of the can. But because of the length of time I have had the disease, I have found ways of lessen the attacks.
