I have raynauds too. I have a high ANA 'only' right now. Hopefully it won't turn into anything else like Lupus or Scleroderma. My Rheumy has explained that you can have Raynauds with no other disease, but it can also turn into something else. Therefore, I have to see my Rheumy twice a year. I don't have problems w/ my feet yet, but my hands fall asleep at night! They get completely 'dead'.. I have to shake them to get the blood flowing again! This scares me. Is there any type of procedure/cure yet for this?? And you know how the cold gets them acting up.. well, what about heat? Mine seem to turn into 'sausage' fingers in the heat, or when I work out! The majority of the time they stay swollen and a dark color. I hate having ugly hands! It's very masculine! But if that's as bad as it gets, than I won't complain! I just don't want to die early. I'm 40 now.
