I have been diagnosed with Raynauds. I also have hypertension and have been taking medication for several years to help control my blood pressure. I have been researching Raynauds and I fully understand all information provided, but have not been able to find any information on Raynauds and a solution as to why whenever I sit like a normal person, my blood supply is compromised in my feet. I am a student as well and can not sit with my feet down when studying, eating, etc. I find this very annoying. I know my blood supply is being compromised by vasoconstriction, but I would like to hear from others who may have this effect as well. I also get the usual cold hands, nose, etc. and I just take precaution by dressing warm whether it is 60 degrees or 80. I would love to sit normally but can not because I am not getting adequate blood to my feet. I would love to have someone to talk to about this. I know I will have to go back to the Dr., but I try to prevent this since I am a nonworking student without insurance. I am 38 years old.
