hi, i read your message and I don't knnow if this will be any help to you bur i have a degenerated disk in the lumbar region of my spine i dealt with very painful months i have been in therapy and traction and the only thing that has helped me so far is MSM tha natural dietary suppl. The therapy has helped me but i was still having constant burning and throbbing. this has really helped me. good luck
