Hi, It's nice to hear about somebody having a good outcome after cervical surgery. I've put mine off for 10 years. After my most current MRI I have an immense herniation at C5-C6. I used to have two other discs with herniations - above and below the bad disc. Somehow they managed to get better. I know how bad the pain is. It is horrible.
