Hi, My cousin, Age 45ish, has had Epilepsy since birth, grand-mals. Children's Hospital in Boston took care of him until around Age 21, and the seizures continued, but not as often. At around Age 30, he completely changed doctors, to an office nearer his home. The new doctor took him completely off ALL old prescriptions, and gave him a completely new set of prescriptions. All seizures stopped. In his 30's for the first time in his life, he was able to get a job, get his driver's license, and found a girl and got married. It is well over ten years, and, knock on wood, he's still free of seizures.
