I am just onto this newsletter and am not sure how it works. I feel I do suffer from some sort of depression, but it's a kind of just shutting down from the outside. I know that I did read a holistic type of approach, wherein there was a type of point system. A value was placed on the actual amount of outdoor light/sunlight to promote optimum health. I have found tjhat forcing myself to get outside sometimes helps both my fatigue and mental health. And you?
