You are so welcomed Linda. Glad it helped. It did wonders for me. I have other exercises I also figured out that have helped. When I get a tight muscle and things go out again, I use various ones and get things settled down. It never goes away, but it sure takes the heat out of the situation. It took me 4 years of pain to discover this technique and I am so thankful for it. Feel free to write to me if you want to talk more about it.
